We bake our bread from cereals, a 3 - step - natural sourdough, for light breads also yeast, drinking water and sea salt. The 3 - stage - natural sourdough is the most elaborate, but also the best processing method for the entire bread and roll production. This way of working requires the willingness to be there several times on Sundays and on weekdays for the business. As Demeter contract bakers for over 30 years, we know that the quality of Demeter bread and baked goods begins with the cultivation. This is how healthy grain grows, rich in balanced nutrients. The processing of the grain is carried out according to the principles of preservation of the valuable ingredients, which apply to all Demeter products. We as a baker with this working method of 3-step - natural sourdough, Demeter contract baker and organic baker, which are controlled several times a year by independent testing associations, stand for this quality with our many years of experience and our good name! In the whole bread assortment we do not use any ready-made mixtures or ready-made flours. Grain breads are produced daily with swollen scalded and/or cooked pieces!
